Led by Avyn Urbanski (University of Nebraska Omaha Sprints) and Aizlynn Krafka (North Dakota State University Hurdles), this youth track camp provides high-level instruction from Division I athletes and Northwest alumni. Designed for athletes ages 6–10 and 11–16, the camp runs over three days with focused 2-hour sessions each day, emphasizing sprint mechanics, speed development, and foundational strength training. Hurdlers will also receive dedicated hurdle technique instruction from a D1 hurdler! Athletes will build proper technique, confidence, and overall performance in a fun and supportive environment. The camp concludes on day three with an exciting mock meet, where participants can showcase what they've learned and compete for a custom prize. Bring water bottles and spikes (optional)! This camp is open to any and all athletes — you do not need to be a track athlete to attend! Whether you play football, soccer, basketball, baseball, or any other sport, anyone looking to improve their speed, quickness, and athleticism will benefit from this camp.
